Winter Solstice 2021

The first day of winter. The longest night of the year. The transition back to the Light. This is the place where we can acknowledge our darkness, our shadows within. We hibernate in this deep place inside, where we heal our wounds, and release old patterns. This is a time to reflect on the year, what do we want to do? How do we want to feel? What can we let rest in the darkness, or even diminish completely? Ideas sleep in the caverns of the mind, waiting; what is growing within us?

What habits can I let go of? How can I help my body invigorate vitality? Sense this answer in your body…

What relationships can I let go of? Within myself, in regard to cravings/comfort… How can I make a relationship better? Or must I just let go completely, in order to bask in the glory of my own fullness and light? Feel into your heart…

How can I gain clarity in mind? How can I acknowledge then integrate my shadow, how can I reach for the light?

How can I let go, to experience a deep sense of self that is most connected and content?

Now feel into your wholeness, notice a warmth within, imagine a spark of hope in your heart, that grows into a flame. Beams of light fill you with radiance in all directions. Remember, light springs from darkness. Who do you no longer want to be?

What is taking up too much space? How can you stop dimming your light, how can you gloriously live up to your fullness?

Focus on the area of your crown, breathing in, imagine golden white light streaming into your spinal column- then out the tips of your fingers and toes, ears and nose. Imagine this high frequency light infuses your cells and enlivens your DNA.

Imagine the most wise and ancient aspect of yourself is emerging from within, whispering to you its needs, desires, and purpose for You. This part of you shares to you that right now you are in a perfect state of existence. You now receive peace, joy, gentleness, more love, grace, and deep fulfillment on all levels. Stay in this energy of gratitude…. Breathe in the return of the Light.
