Our services include various modalities including Thai stretching, CFT (craniosacralfascial therapy) Ayurvedic accupoints, and may utilize healing tools such as cupping, gua sha, hot rocks. Rebalance and relax with Swedish massage techniques that combines deep tissue, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage.
Hands on healing awakens the body’s inherent intelligence to reorganize and remember proper alignment & mobility, along with energetic and emotional harmony.
Each session is tailored for you specifically, and is enhanced with Reiki energy and infused with botanicals. Sound healing & Yoga postures may be given as needed for lasting results. Massage is Medicine- it is a recalibration of the entire system, reduces inflammation, a restoration of peace.
